Roger G. of Hillman, MN had inward bowing walls in his garage, causing him to worry about the structural build and support of his home. He found American Waterworks on Google and messaged our Customer Care team through Podium. Our staff set him up with a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson. Chad went to his home to inspect his foundation walls and come up with a solution that fit his needs. Roger was confident in Chad's proposal of our PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System and its warranty, so he went ahead with the project and scheduled an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his Co-Foreman, Patrick Burnes, installed 10 of our PowerBraces around the foundation wall perimeter of the garage. Our PowerBraces are made to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten them over time. Our PowerBraces can be tightened to make bowing or tilting walls straighter and more vertical. Roger was happy with the installation and could not believe that it only took a day!

Michael C. in Rosemount, MN realized that their deck had started sinking and it was putting stress on the home. He could see the brick landscaping buckling, which is a symptom of settling foundation. A friend recommended that he should get in touch with American Waterworks to help with his foundation repair needs. Mr. Geerts was experiencing cracked foundation walls as well as water seeping into his basement. Our Design Specialist Pete Wangen developed a plan to solve both problems. Foreman Matt Zeller and his crew installed our Wall Anchor System to fix the cracked foundation and our Waterproofing System to transform Mr. Geerts basement into a dry, functional space.

A homeowner in New Hampton, IA, knew it was time to have their cracked, unstable walls repaired. Unsure who to work with, the homeowner asked their neighbors for recommendations. Their neighbors recommended working with us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our company. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Brady, one of our Design Specialists. After Brady arrived at the home, he began the thorough walk-through of the basement. Brady found that the walls were showing early signs of wall failure. To stop the failure from continuing, Brady recommended installing several wall stabilizing products. The homeowner agreed with Brady's proposal, so he sent the plans to our Logistics team for approval. After the plans were approved, they were assigned to our Foreman, Jesus, and his crew to begin. Jesus and his crew traveled to New Hampton and began the installation. First, Jesus and his crew began by installing 16 PowerBraces along all the walls. Next, the crew shifted their focus to installing three Carbon Armor strips on the wall. Finally, the crew installed seven SmartJacks on the walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their walls were properly secured and stable.
