Jen S. in Ramsey, MN had a bowing foundation wall in her home and a sinking garage. She visited the American Waterworks booth at a local home show and learned about our foundation repair solutions.

One of our Design Specialists, Shane Nephew, explained our wall anchors and push piers, and how they can permanently stabilize her foundation. She was interested to see if we could solve her foundation problem, so she set an appointment with Shane for a FREE onsite estimate. After Shane inspected her foundation wall and garage, he determined that installing 11 wall anchors on one side of the home and installing 8 piers underneath the garage, would permanently repair and stabilize her foundation. 

She agreed with the plan that Shane developed, so we set an installation date. Once our crew had installed and tightened the wall anchors, Jen was able to see the drastic improvement with the stability of the wall.

The push piers installed under the garage raised the garage and secured the foundation, so Jen will never again have to worry about her foundation settling and the damage that can cause to a home. Jen now has peace of mind because she chose to invest in protecting her most valuable asset.

A homeowner in Anoka, MN, worried about the status of their foundation walls. Unsure of who to work with, the homeowner asked a local Facebook group for any suggestions. Several people recommended reaching out to us, American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. As soon as their appointment was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Rick, one of our Design Specialists. Once Rick arrived at the home, he began his evaluation of the foundation. Following his detailed analysis, Rick recommended stabilizing the foundation walls. After evaluating all their options, the homeowner decided to go with Rick's recommendations. Once they earned the stamp of approval, our Foreman, Luis, and his crew began the foundation repair project. When they arrived, the crew started by installing four PowerBraces on the north foundation wall. Once the PowerBraces were secured into place, the crew attached five CarbonArmor strips onto the same wall. The crew successfully installed all the foundation stabilization products, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their foundation was stable. An Anoka, MN, homeowner was making dinner one night when she noticed her kitchen floors seemed to be sagging in a few areas. It occurred to her that her kitchen was directly over the crawl space of the home, and was immediately uneasy about what this could mean for the stability of her home. She took to the internet to find crawl space repairs near Anoka, MN, and quickly found our website. When our Design Specialist, Nick S, arrived at the home, he was directed to the crawl space to begin his estimate.

On the day of the project, our Foreman, Jesus C, and his team effortlessly installed 20 ft of Supplemental Beam, and 3 SmartJacks. Now, our customer has renewed faith in her space! 

Doug and DeLaine A. of Kasson, MN had bowing walls in their basement and didn’t want it to get worse. They did some research and called American Waterworks to set up a Free Estimate. We sent out our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, to talk to them about our foundation repair products and to come up with a solution. After an in-depth diagnosis, Doug and DeLaine liked the proposal that Chad offered so they went ahead with the project.

Our foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew began the install by digging three small holes outside and in the back of the home. In each hole, they installed a long, metal rod from the soil through the bowing wall. On each end of the rod, they mounted and twisted on our GeoLock Wall Anchors, which is a unique wall anchor system that indestructibly evens out your foundation wall. After installation and over time, the anchors can be tightened to further strengthen the walls and pull them back to a regular position. To complete the installation, our crew replaced the soil and made sure the yard was neat and clean. Doug and DeLaine were thrilled and excited that they chose American Waterworks to save their basement!

Shirley of Kasson, MN noticed that there was a crack on the exterior side of her foundation wall that was caused by the bowing of the wall. Shirley began to worry about the structural integrity of her home and contacted the Appointment Center here at American Waterworks to claim her FREE estimate, entitling her to a free home inspection to resolve the issue Shirley is experiencing. Once an appointment was scheduled and set our Design Specialist headed out to Shirley's property and began a thorough home inspection to get a proper diagnosis of the home and provide the best solution that would prevent any other issues from arising. He proposed to Shirley that the best solution would be to invest in our GeoLock Wall Anchors. Our Anchor System is made to stabilize the foundation by anchoring walls to hard compact soil beyond the foundation, pulling the wall back to its original position. Shirley agreed with the proposal and scheduled the date of installation.  Once set our Foreman, Raul, and his team arrived at the scene they began by digging three small holes on the inside of the garage. Once dug, the production crew drilled a metal rod through the exterior of the problem wall to each designated hole. Attached at the end of the rod is a GeoLock Wall Anchor which could be tightened to further stabilize the wall. When the wall anchors have been installed the crew then backfilled the holes inside the garage and poured concrete over the holes to provide a more finishing look. Shirley was happy with the installation and is now worry-free that her foundation is in danger.
