A homeowner in Akeley, MN, noticed their deck foundation was beginning to struggle. Unsure of how to handle the issue, the homeowner knew they needed professional assistance. After doing some research into foundation repair options. The homeowner came across our anchor foundation repair system. The crew installed four Helical Piers on the north side of the desk. After the piers were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his crew installed 8 Geo-Lock wall anchors along the wall. This immediately halted any further deterioration of the wall, and once the anchors were completely tightened, the wall began to straighten. The installation took two days to complete, but having the anchors installed has restored Maren’s peace of mind. In addition to installing the GeoLocks, the homeowner asked to have the straightening kit included as well. The straightening kit will allow the homeowner to straighten their walls over time. After the crew successfully installed the GeoLocks, they were able to clean up their site and leave the home. The homeowner was relieved to know that their crawl space walls were properly stabilized.
