I spoke with a Sales Rep from American Waterworks at the Sport and Leisure Show in Ortonville, MN. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The office staff was great wtih communication and sending reminders. I am very satisfied with my foundation wall repair and waterproofing project. I recommend American Waterworks to all my friends and family who might need their services! I love my basement and have showed it to several people! 

The office staff went above and beyond when there was a small misunderstanding. The Design Specialist explained everything very well. The installation crew was very efficient. They worked very hard and only took one day, when I thought it would take two. The cleanup was great! I'm so happy with the work, I can't wait until I have the funds to complete the rest of the project! 

We used American Waterworks to stabilize/lift our house due to settling/sinking footings. We had four estimates done with different companies before deciding on American Waterworks. From start to finish, we were impressed with this company. Richie was thorough and concise when informing us of what would need to be done, and explained the estimate to us in person. When the crew arrived, they were courteous, conscientious, and very hardworking. The Foreman, Ryan, kept us informed through every step of the project. We had 23 piers driven in around our house to lift/stabilize. During the lift, they explained what to expect and took their time to be sure we were satisfied with the outcome. When it came to the last day of the project, they had all hands on deck and left our property looking way better than we had ever expected after this huge project! Sam, the Branch Manager, made sure we were satisfied and happy customers before wrapping up the project. Thanks to American Waterworks for a job well done!

I ran into Jeremy from American Waterworks at the Spring Expo in Fairmont. He was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding any questions I had about our foundation repair needs, and we made an appointment to have him inspect our home. He described the products and services in detail and allowed us to decide what we wanted. The installation crew knew their job very well and answered all of our questions. The security of knowing the job was done right and our foundation is now stable is beyond any words! 

We recently went with American Waterworks to fix our foundation. There was a bulge on one of the walls that made us very nervous that something bad was going to happen one day. We had a representative from American Waterworks come and look at the issue. He suggested that their geo-lock anchor system was the best route to take. We did have a few other companies come and look as well but we went with American Waterworks. And boy are we glad we did! The team was promptly on time and started to get to work right away. Throughout the time they were here, they gave us updates about what they were doing, being very descriptive of the actions they were taking. The team was very professional and very awesome! Once they were finished, they made sure to move back any objects they had to move and even cleaned up. They did such a great job! I highly recommend American Waterworks above any other company! We will continue to use them with any issues we have in the future. Once again, the whole team was very awesome!

I had my sagging living room propped up with a support beam. I also had a sump pump installed with a drainage trench all around the basement floor. The Foreman, Cameron, and his crew, Dillan and Zach, were outstanding! Not only were they polite and hardworking, I could also tell they took pride in doing excellent work. My living room looks level and brand new! I am looking forward to never having to worry about a wet basement again. I am so HAPPY I chose American Waterworks! 

The installation process for our project was very good. The guys worked hard all day! A system was displayed so each of them knew what to do and they all pursued it to the finish. Their foreman performed great work. He was well-mannered, neat, and respectful. 

My wife and I decided to go through American Waterworks to fix the foundation of our home, and I must say, they were absolutely phenomenal! We were more than satisfied with the job they did. They are worth every penny. They were very clean, which was a big concern for us. They were always on time and were very informative with what they were doing. Overall, they were very professional and our dogs loved the crew!  My wifeand I actually went to three different companies to fix our foundation and we are so glad that we went with American Waterworks. They did not disappoint in any way, shape, or form. I am happy to highly recommend them to anyone and everyone for their services!

You have no idea where to turn when multiple issues erupt if you've never dealt with that type of thing.  American Waterworks set themselves apart from the get-go. Two companies never contacted me at all after leaving my information online for an evaluation. American Waterworks contacted me almost immediately. My sales rep, Richie, was amazing; with a degree in construction management. He pointed out things immediately that weren't right, explained everything at a level I easily understood, as well as recognized what was causing major issues in my garage and basement, which others couldn't explain and come never noticed at all.  There was no slick dialogue, no pressure to sign a contract before he left. Unlike others, I felt I Could trust him. He was genuine. Instead, he took what he found to the team and they worked out the best plan for my particular home, for the most cost-effective plan, as there were multiple issues and he made another appointment with me. It was very evident that he knew his stuff.  Same with the work crew. They were polite, always masked due to the pandemic, always respectful and cordial. Their capability was obvious and they explained everything they were doing, used drop cloths and plastic to reduce the mess. The regional manager also came and got dirty with the rest of them, let his crew leave after a 13-hour day to let them go home and he kept working. He was intent on answering all of my questions, explaining all tasks at hand.  When the job took an extra day due to temperature and weather conditions, the bill didn't change from the estimate given; that doesn't always happen.  The regional manager himself, Sam, came back with another fellow to finish up and clean up. They were very thorough and cleaned up everything inside and out, did a final walk-through to answer any questions, and gave instructions on what to expect for each area that they worked on as far as concrete curing and soil setting.  American Waterworks took the fear out of what felt like a hopeless situation and fixed the issues that caused a cracked floor joist, a garage being pushed out of place by "street creep", and a buckling driveway. I know so much more about my home now and I feel the education they gave me will help me spot future problems more readily.  I will never go anywhere else for basement or foundation issues. Never. They weren't just good workers, they were good people, and that matters to me.
