This customer was experiencing a sagging crawl space and reached out to us to figure out the best option for their home. After one of our design specialist assessed the problem, it was determined that implementing new support beams and a SmartJack system was the best solution to their problem.

After figuring out what timeframe works best for the customer's schedule, a foreman and crew began work. After the beams and SmartJack system were installed, the customer was able to appreciate a level floor and left the experience with a WOW mindset!

The basement under this Marshfield, WI home had developed cracks along the walls which were allowing significant amounts of water to pass through into the basement which led to standing water and moisture causing issues for the homeowner. In order to fulfill the wishes of our customer to create a water-free space in his basement our Specialist, Rich met up with the customer to develop a plan customized to this specific basement. By working with the customer Rich helped develop a waterproofing plan that incorporated our CleanSpace wall liner, SuperSump sump pump, and an interior drain tile to effectively eliminate the water issues this homeowner was facing in this area of their basement. Captured in these photos is the large oil tank that sat in the basement. While obstacles like this can limit access to the basement walls, we certainly don't let that get in our way of effectively waterproofing a basement. A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with help from a team. The team began by excavating an area outside of the home to install the earth anchor. This anchor is attached to a steel plate that is installed on the bowing wall. Once connected, the system can be adjusted to pull the cracked wall back into the original position and prevent movement.

This homeowner can now relax with peace of mind that their home is safe and secure.
