A homeowner needed better wall stabilzation for the foundation of their home. DBS went in and installed the GeoLock® Wall Anchor System to help support the wall and hopefully straighten it back out. The photos show the yard and foundation wall before and after the anchors were embedded within the soil.

These homeowners in Makinen, MN reached out to DBS for help with making their cabin more energy efficient. Rising heating and cooling costs were an issue in this cabin and the homeowners wanted a permanent solution for the problem. 

A Dr. Energy Saver® Design Specialist went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the property and conducting an energy audit it was determined that closed cell spray foam would offer the best solution for the temperature regulation problem. This home was repaired by DBS Foreman Orrin Sundberg and his production crew.

A home in Orr, MN required multiple windows were replaced throughout the home. The window replacements were installed because the current windows were unsafe and unhealthy for our homeowner. The windows had mold on them in the winter that concerned our homeowner about the safety of her family. The other windows in the home required new installation with a vinyl frame to make sure these windows are secure, not letting in extra drafts, cold air, etc. while all of the window replacements done will make the home more energy efficient for our customers!

This historic home in Gheen, MN was in disrepair and had significant trouble with the foundation. Wanting to revive this building, the owner contacted us for a permanent solution.

A DBS Design Specialist visited the home and provided a thorough, free, no-obligation estimate. It was determined that significant supplemental support was needed.  Kevin Steffey, one of our Production Managers was the foreman for the project. The three main crawl space support beams were replace to restore support along the length of the building. Kevin and his crew then drilled 8 HelixPro® helical piers into the ground to support the structure's foundation and crawl space.

The homeowners can now rest easy knowing that this foundation has been restored.
