A DBS Design Specialist went to the home to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the owners. After a thorough inspection, the Design Specialist mentioned that he sees this issue all of the time, and having our SmartJack® System installed would help level the floors and permanently stabilize the home.

Foreman Trevor Ingle led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 6 SmartJack® supports and a new main steel beam.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed 2 PowerBrace® i-beams along one of the walls in the crawl space and also installed SmartJack® supports underneath the main steel beam, ensuring stabilization of the flooring above and walls.
