A homeowner from Winton, MN reached out to DBS looking for help with their crumbling foundation so that they could have more room for their children. One of our Design Specialists, Henrik Makitalo, went to the home to run a free no-obligation estimate appointment. One of our crews led by a Foreman installed the system along the walls to permanently stabilize the foundation walls. Over time, the bracks at the top of each brace can be tightened in an attempt to straighten the wall back to its original position. Now the homeowner can relax with peace of mind!

This home sat on top of a crawl space that had been sectioned off by concrete blocks. When we encapsulated this crawl space we knew that the areas with an interior foundation wall would not require additional insulation so we were able to seal our CleanSpace matting directly to the interior foundation wall. The matting we used gives the crawl space a very clean look while creating an environment that is no longer musty.
