A homeowner from Forest Lake, MN reached out to DBS looking for help with their wet, unsupported basement foundation. One of our Design Specialists went to the home to run a free no-obligation estimate appointment. After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist provided the homeowner with a free quote for our Basement Repair Systems. One of our crews installed our PowerBrace® Wall Bracing System to permanently stabilize the foundation walls. Our crew also installed our WaterGuard® french drain system to thoroughly waterproof the space. Now the homeowner can relax with peace of mind.

This homeowner in Longville, MN was unhappy with the water intrusion that was occurring in their home. They wanted a reliable solution, so they reached out to DBS for help. 

Design Specialist Rich Johnsen assisted the owner with a free, no-obligation. After inspecting the home and the issues, Rich recommended our WaterGuard® Drain System and provided the owner with a quote.

Foreman Glen Olcott led the installation of this project with help from a team. The team placed the drain lines within trenches along the perimeter of the basement walls. These drains collect the water and transport it to the sump pump where it is removed from the home. New concrete is then installed on top that creates a flush finish once dry.

DBS received a call that a home in Mora, MN needed maintenance. The house required two of our services, wall stabilization, and basement waterproofing to keep it warm and dry. We installed the PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System for support, then began the basement waterproofing services. We started by using our Super Sump® Premier Pump System to make sure the water was sufficiently being managed in the home. Then, we use our interior waterproofing around the entire perimeter of the basement to make sure the whole area remains dry. The photos show our before production and during the production process to install the system, you will also notice the beams on the walls for support in the production process photo.
