I did some research online to find a local company to address my sinking garage problem while also filling any voids under the garage floor with foam. DBS was quick to schedule a time for an estimate and provided a reasonable quote. I was expecting it to be expensive, and their price was within my range and lower than other quotes I received. It was a good experience overall. It was pleasant, professional, and fairly quick!

Myke was a consummate pro - used technology and his experienced eye to assess potential problems with our foundation, chimney and garage floor, educated me on the process, and then presented his findings in a balanced, factual way - no hair on fire scare tactics or pressure. This is how business should be done. My dog likes him a lot too… and she is a good judge of character.
