These two images show the drastic difference that our company was able to make on this crawlspace. You can see our durable CleanSpace liner, our crawlspace dehumidifier, and our sump pump system all placed within the crawlspace. Each component is fighting to combat moisture and protect this crawlspace, and the rest of the home, from any future damage.

These homeowners decided to reach out to us when they noticed a bad problem with smells and signs of mold inside their home. Unable to find the source of it on the inside, they had us come out to take a look underneath to see if we could find it. One of our design specialist, Caleb, was send out to examine the crawl space, and discovered the typical source we usually see - crawl space moisture. The condition under the home was perfect for mold to thrive, overly moist and humid throughout. Fortunately, Caleb also came prepared with a plan to dry this space out. Using our encapsulation system, we introduced multiple ways to protect against multiple forms of moisture, including intrusion, ground seepage, standing water, and humidity. This is done through out CleanSpace Liner, crawl space dehumidifier, TripleSafe Sump Pump, and more! What we left was a clean and dry crawl space protected against future mold growth.

In this Vicksburg, MS project, signs of mold near the homeowner's indoor floors indicated a moisture problem in their crawl space.
