Henry Bennett was called to look at this home in Vicksburg, Mississippi. They had insulation stuffed right up under the floor joists. Large amounts were already falling due to holding moisture. While intentions are good with crawlspace insulation, it's never a good idea. Having something so close to wood that is able to hold moisture will inevitably, hold moisture. As we all know know moisture + wood = rot. 

When we install a job, we always remove this troublesome insulation. Not only does our system keep the crawlspace dry and free of high humidity, but completely sealing off the crawlspace will in turn, insulate it.
