Rotten SubFloor in Sicily Island, LA

Due to moisture coming up from the crawlspace, this home's subfloor had rotted out beneath them. The moisture buildup was also causing their hardwood floors to buckle. Sadly, these homeowners just had a bad experience with a contractor and were hesitant to trust another one. They did a bunch of research, reading reviews and testimonials and decided to call MidSouth CrawlSpace Solutions. They trusted us to not only inspect their home, but to install our waterproofing system in their crawlspace!

After a visit from one of our design specialists, the homeowners were introduced to a much better and permanent form of protection - the encapsulation system. This includes a crawl space dehumidifier, a sump pump system, and a massive barrier upgrade with our CleanSpace Liner!
