This home in Brookhaven had plastic sheeting down, causing more harm than good. It was trapping moisture in the crawlspace allowing mold and plant life to grow. It also contained an open ventilation system that was continually bringing in more air, filled with condensation, further aggravating the issues.

Henry Bennett performed our free inspection and presented this family with our solution. We moved forward with the proposal, completing the clean out, mold treatment, product installation, and full encapsulation system. Now they have a fantastic crawlspace that will stay clean and dry. It will even help reduce their energy bills as the crawlspace temperature stays extremely close to that of the house. 

This home was struggling with foundation settlement and causing cracks in the outside brick and concrete. Henry proposed a solution with push piers, and Cody, Ethan, and Jamie installed them. They left with a happy customer!

This homeowner reached out to us requesting we help them figure out what was going on with their floors. Over the years, dips had appeared in the floors and certain areas just did not feel secure. The current support under the home just wasn't enough, and erosion near their original concrete blocks was just a dangerous sign of what was to come. Fortunately, we have an option for support that is gonna completely save these floors. In the provided images you'll see the massive change, our SmartJack System. SmartJack is a high-strength, adjustable steel pier designed to stop settling and can even raise your home back to the proper level. This acts as a permanent fix, one that can be adjusted to fit the home's needs over the years and keep the floors stable. These homeowners reached out to us when they noticed some sagging and soft spots in their floors, but they had no idea how bad it had actually gotten under their home! Moisture and mold has made a mess of their crawl space, and it had a rough affect on the underside of their floors. The subfloor was moist and rotting, and several large holes had formed. To protect their current and future floors, something had to be done about the damage underneath. Fortunately, we were able to get our wood repair crew out to skillfully replace all the rotten and outdated subfloors. While this already makes a massive difference, we were also able to future-proof these new subfloors with our SmartJack and Encapsulation system! The SmartJacks will permanently add additional support for the floors, while the encapsulation system will act as a barrier against all the forms of moisture that started these issues in the first place. These two before and after images really showcase the upgrade that the CleanSpace Liner is, compared to a regular vapor barrier. We come across many crawl spaces where vapor barriers had originally been lazily thrown onto the dirt floor, resulting in a pulled away, torn, dirty mess of plastic once we arrived. The CleanSpace Liner, as you can see in the after image, is tightly secured not only to the floor of the crawl space, but to the walls, supports, and around all odd steps and curves. The CleanSpace Liner is also much thicker and durable than the average liner, meaning better protection over more surface area!
