This homeowner in Louisiana called us because they were having some moisture issues in the crawlspace, causing their floors to buckle and their subfloor to rot. 

This homeowner was dealing with various issues, including soft spots in the floors, that were also freezing cold floors in the winter. Fortunately, we were able to introduce them to a system that can tackle all of that! The encapsulation system focuses on sealing and conditioning the underside of the home. The biggest benefit to this is moisture control. Wrapping the crawl space in our CleanSpace Liner, lowering humidity with a dehumidifier, and sending water away with a sump pump prevents moisture damage from every source. Conditioning the space in this way also acts as a great form of insulation, which will help with the temperature of the floors. The difference in protection is huge, and so is the visual difference! Our guys had the pleasure of working in a pretty tall crawl space, enough to stand in, it can barely be called a CRAWL space! The homeowners were dealing with a smell that came from their crawl space when it rained, a result of the pooling water and mold that had begun to grow underneath.
