This cracked and sunken section of concrete has been restored using both our PolyLevel and NexusPro solutions. PolyLevel involves injecting expanding/hardening foam under the concrete to bring it back to level, while Nexus is used to safely and securely seal cracks. Here, you can see the results!

The edges and surrounding slab around this pool was suffering a bad cracking problem. In some corners, pieces of concrete were trying to break off, leaving behind a dangerous tripping hazard around the water. To remedy this, one of our design specialists, an expert in concrete repair, created a plan involving our PolyLevel and NexusPro systems. The PolyLevel system uses our expanding PolyFoam, perfect for filling in eroded voids under concrete slabs. This will fill in any gaps, strengthen the surrounding area, and re-level what is needed. To help prevent further voids and settlement, the current cracks and joints were sealed with NexusPro. This high quality crack sealant is durable and moisture/weather resistant, perfect for an outdoor area right next to a body of water. This area should be safer than ever!

Our concrete crew was able to make a striking difference in a very important part of this home, the front walkway, the first thing that most people see as they walk up to the door. Not only visually appealing, it was creating a tripping hazard for any visitors who enter and exit the home. Fortunately, we were able to bring the solution to both these problems in the form of our PolyLevel and NexusPro systems. PolyFoam is injected beneath the slab to fill in any voids and act as a new form of support, the perfect amount is injected to raise it back up to original level. To prevent further erosion, our concrete crew filled in the remaining gap with our high-quality crack sealant, NexusPro. The sealant is flexible and made to be resistant against harsh weather and UV-rays. You can see the previous attempts by the homeowner to deal with this large crack in this concrete sidewalk. Fortunately, he eventually found our company and we were able to provide a permanent solution. Our NexusPro system will keep water from entering the crack and causing settlement problems for a long time to come, due to its flexibility and UV-resistance.

Cracks in concrete feel inevitable, which makes them also feel like not that big of a deal. This homeowner wasn't too bothered by the cracking on his pool patio at first, but as you can see, it started to spread and get out of hand. These images allow you to see where all we used NexusPro, revealing just how bad the cracks had gotten. All sealed up, natural and pool water no longer has an entry to sneak between the slab and cause major risks of erosion or settlement.
