Before & After Photos

Here is a look at a recent complete encapsulation we did for this homeowner in New Orleans. The after photo prominently features our CleanSpace Liner, which can be found throughout the entire crawl space, secured to the floor, walls, and supports of the crawl space. Making sure everything is properly covered with the liner is important to blocking our moisture intrusion and humidity issues. This encapsulation was planned out by our design specialist, Matt, and installed under our foreman, David, and his crew!

This home in Harvey, LA not only looks much nicer after installing our encapsulations system, it also is much safer! The floors of this home are protected from all forms of moisture damage, such as buckling, mold, and rot. This is due to our durable CleanSpace barrier, and the crawlspace dehumidifier and sump pump that makes up the encapsulation system.

Our main goal when encapsulating a crawlspace is handling moisture problems and preventing future damage, but a fantastic side effect of this is a much cleaner looking crawlspace! Look at the difference our CleanSpace Liner makes.

When we arrived at the Sumrall, MS home, the unprotected crawl space was allowing moisture to wreak havoc on the floors, as you can see in the before photo. Notice how damp and unfavorable the conditions were. We stepped in with a solid solution: installing Drainage Matting, CleanSpace, and our reliable TripleSafe Sump Pump. This custom approach transformed the space and safeguarded the home. You can see the remarkable improvement in the after photos. Neatly enclosed with CleanSpace, the crawl space now provides a durable and moisture-resistant foundation.

This homeowner was preparing to sell their home and wanted to address the crawlspace before putting it on the market. Ben and his crew completed a full crawlspace encapsulation, creating a cleaner, more protected space underneath the home.

Now, the homeowners can have greater peace of mind knowing they've taken care of an important part of the home before passing it on to its next owners.
