Jerry S. is a homeowner in Auburn, KS and wasn’t happy with the appearance of his driveway due to the cracks and use over time. Instead of replacing their driveway, they wanted to repair it to function properly once again.  The driveway had a sinking step, walkway, and slab on the top left of the driveway. The rest of the concrete was cracking and would get much worse with time. To fix these issues, our team installed our three-part concrete protection service. This service begins with our PolyLevel foam to permanently lift and level the sunken areas. Next, NexusPro is applied to fill all the cracks and joints to prevent any water from getting underneath in the future. Lastly, SealantPro is sprayed to cover the surface of the driveway to ensure its longevity by protecting it from surface damage and corrosion.

This homeowner was tired of her dogs sneaking under the walkway next to their home. This problem was partially due to rain and washout of the soil, but the dogs started making it worse when they dug under the soil. After reviewing the problem, Mike designed a solution to lift and level the walkway, then seal the concrete from having problems again, and the homeowner loved the sound of that. One of our installation teams came out to this home and utilized PolyLevel foam and NexuPro sealant to lift, level, and seal the concrete walkway. These homeowners were having many projects done around their home and they wanted their front entrance to be one of them. We had System Design Specialist Mike Schmidt head out to this home to see what the problem was with the front step and determine what solutions we could offer to fix this problem. Mike found that the entire walkway had settled from the driveway to the front porch due to soil erosion creating small voids underneath the concrete. He sent for an installation team to use his design to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete starting from the driveway until the front porch. One of our installation teams came out to the home and utilized PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant to effectively lift, level, stabilize, and seal the concrete just as Mike had designed.
