This homeowner in Amesbury, Massachusetts was experiencing sagging floors in their home. Design Specialist Brian Allen came to the home and proposed a Smart Jacks System to counteract the effects of sagging floors. Crew Lead Jon Provost and his team installed Smart Jacks into the basement. Installing Smart Jacks into the basement permanently added support to the interior of the home and reversed further sagging.

Royce proposed that Erickson install 75' of Fast Drain and 2 Super Sumps with battery backup to help to navigate the water out of the basement.
