Our Design Specialist Kenny looked at their floors and recommended installing 4 SmartJacks and 2 Supplemental beams into the basement to add stability to the floor system.

This year they decided they would like to have a company come in to look at the support to find a way to ease their concern. Rusted, unreliable lally columns in the crawl space, unable to bear the weight they were tasked to support. Dive into the 'before' photo to grasp the scale of disrepair. A homeowner in Weymouth, Massachusetts was concerned with his concrete walkway sinking. Sinkage had begun a few years back and was starting to get worse. Looking to permanently stabilize the concrete, he reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.

Our Design Specialist, Jim Meglio, recommended installing PolyLevel to lift and level the walkway. The polyurethane foam was injected underneath the concrete, filling voids that were created from soil settling over time. Our installation crew was able to bring that concrete back to its original state in just a little over an hour. It is also worth noting that the white stain marks shown in the after-photo wash away very shortly after installation.

A much more attractive walkway has been created. The homeowner was very happy with the result!
