The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and inspected the basement. We recommended installing SmartJacks to stabilize the floor system. 

In Little Compton, RI, a homeowner faced significant challenges with a settling foundation, visible through wall and floor cracks and structural shifts above their garage. As you can see in the photos, we addressed this issue by installing our Push Pier and GeoLock Wall Anchor Systems. The Push Piers stabilized and lifted the foundation, while GeoLocks secured the walls against further outward movement. These expert installations restored the home's stability and the homeowner's peace of mind.

A homeowner in Stoughton, Massachusetts, had built their home 26 years ago. Over the past couple of years, the homeowner has noticed a crack in their garage that has gotten larger over time. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their garage. EFS recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro into their garage to lift the sunken section of the slab and then seal the cracks with NexusPro.

Our SmartJacks provide more stability than Lally columns, especially wooden ones, due to the galvanized steel plate and beam. Since they are also adjustable, we ensure that this is a permanent solution!

With the 5 SmartJacks installed, the floors are now stabilized, level, and no longer bouncy.
