When the new homeowner of a soon-to-be rental property in Rochester, NH, was told the temporary basement posts weren't cutting it, they knew they needed a lasting solution. Enter Erickson Foundation Solutions. As you can see in the before photo, the old supports simply weren't up to par. Fast forward to our intervention: we installed durable SmartJacks, clearly showcased in the after photo. Now, the floors are stable, secure, and ready for rental, thanks to a fix meant to last.

This homeowner in Greenland, New Hampshire, had seen their concrete slab sinking and cracking in the back corners. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their slab. Our team installed PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift and level the slab and then seal the cracks. 

This homeowner in North Hampton, New Hampshire had an issue with sagging floors. They called Erickson to see what they could do to counter the effects of the sagging floors. John Prince was the Design Specialist on this project. In the basement under the sagging floors, he noticed that there weren't any supports of any kind. John suggested to the homeowner that they would benefit from SmartJacks in their basement. Our Erickson crew installed the new SmartJacks according to the design and permanently stabilized the floors.

A homeowner in North Hampton, New Hampshire noticed uneven and sloping floors in his home. Concerned about the issue, he called Erickson Foundation Solutions to implement a permanent fix.

Our Design Specialist, Jason Vachon, recommended installing SmartJacks to stabilize the floor and support the structure of the home. These SmartJacks are similar to Lally columns, but are able to provide extra support to the home. The galvanized steel plate cemented in the foundation is attached to a supplemental support beam by an adjustable steel post. This instantly stabilizes and levels floors.

Now that the SmartJacks have been installed, this homeowner has peace of mind knowing that the structure of his home is properly supported, and his floors are now even.

This homeowner in Dover, New Hampshire, had used Erickson Foundation Solutions once before at a different home need help once again. The homeowner has a crack in their foundation that is occasionally leaking water. Design Specialist David Cormier came out to the home and inspected the crack in the foundation. 

Crew Lead Jon Provost and his crew came out to the home and repaired the crack in the foundation and sealed it so no water couldn't leak through.
