The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of the home. Our Design Specialist Jason Vachon inspected the home and recommended replacing the current waterproofing system with our TripleSafe and Perimeter Drainage System. 

A homeowner in Sandown, New Hampshire, had purchased their late 1800s home about a year ago and had seen water enter the basement during this past winter. The homeowners planned on using the basement as storage but didn't trust it since they had seen the water down there. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist looked at the basement and recommended installing A full perimeter drainage system and a SmartJack into the basement to prevent water from entering the basement and to stabilize the floor system of the old home. Our installation team installed over 150 feet of drainage around the basement, a sump pump, a SmartJack, and exterior drainage to protect the home from water and sagging floors. 

A homeowner in Burlington, Massachusetts, had lived in their home for the past 22 years. Over the last few winters, the floor above their crawlspace has been especially cold. They decided to call EFS to see if they could find a solution for them. Our Design Specialist recommended installing TerraBlock, CleanSpace, and SilverGlo in the crawlspace to add some insulation to the crawlspace.

Our Installation team removed the old sump from the corner of the basement and then expanded the basin and installed our TripleSafe and plumbed it outside of the home. 

A homeowner in Burlington, MA had concerns about her bulkhead entrance leading to the finished basement. It was crucial to prevent water intrusion from damaging the steps and adjacent concrete. Erickson Foundation Solutions addressed this by installing a new bulkhead door and pouring a fresh concrete slab to encase the bulkhead. The area was thoroughly sealed with clearcoat and NexusPro, guaranteeing a perpetually dry basement entrance. Consequently, the entrance is now not only a dry refuge but also visually improved.
