The problem has gotten slightly worse over the years and they decided it was time to find a solution. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowner and recommended installing 16 feet of WaterGuard, SuperSump, and IceGuard into the basement to prevent was from entering the basement 

This homeowner in Sudbury, MA had a crawlspace area with an old plastic barrier that needed updating. Our team designed and proposed a solution to replace the vapor barrier with Cleanspace, and also replace the old wooden supports which were holding up the floor above. 

The first stage of the project involved removing the wooden posts and replacing them with SmartJack crawlspace supports. Once these were in place, Cleanspace vapor barrier was installed across the entire floor of the crawlspace and up the walls.
