Before diving into summer fun, our latest project in Reading, MA, addressed serious trip hazards surrounding a homeowner's pool deck. As you can see in the before photo, uneven concrete not only diminished curb appeal but posed safety risks. By utilizing PolyLevel and NexusPro, we elevated and sealed the concrete to create a smooth, visually appealing surface − as noticeable in the after photo. Our innovative solutions provided not just a quick fix but lasting peace of mind, maintaining our dedication to a remarkable customer experience and dependable home care.

Our concrete repair team successfully stabilized and lifted the concrete in this driveway about an inch. The step down from the walkway became easier, and the transition from the garage to the driveway area became safer for the cars. PolyLevel was a great, cost effective solution for this homeowner in Malden.

A homeowner in Quincy, Massachusetts had front stairs that were cracked and sinking. Aside from the unappealing look, the biggest concern was tripping hazards. Looking for a permanent solution, he reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.

Our Design Specialist, Gerald Martin, recommended installing new front steps to the home. Our installation crew started work by demoing the old steps, completely starting from scratch. Along with the new steps installed, railings were added as well.

The front yard now features aesthetically pleasing front steps that are stabilized and safe to walk on.

This homeowner in Wakefield, Massachusetts had an ongoing issue with their stoop. The stoop was sinking and cracking. The stoop had sunk more than 3 inches and the homeowners wanted the concrete to be brought back up to the siding of the house. Design Specialist John Prince came to the home and proposed that the homeowners use PolyLevel to lift the concrete and then seal the cracks using Crack Seal. Chris Hanulec and Nick Melo came to the home and lifted and sealed all the cracks. 

A homeowner in Wakefield, Massachusetts, has a pool deck that is becoming a hazard more each year. Part of the concrete around the pool is uneven and needs to be leveled to make it a safe place to walk. Our EFS crew installed PolyLevel around the pool to eliminate the tripping hazards.
