A homeowner in Nashua, New Hampshire, has lived in their home for the past 40+ years. About 15 years ago they noticed some cracking in their garage foundation that has gotten worse over the years. The homeowners wish to finish the basement but wanted to make sure the foundation was secure before. They called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended installing Geolocks against the foundation wall to stabilize it and then seal the cracks with FlexiSpan.

Our installation team installed 5 Geolocks against the foundation wall and then sealed the cracks with FlexiSpan.
