The owner of a Bed & Breakfast in Bristol, New Hampshire, hosted a wedding that our Project Manager Nate Erickson attended for a family member. Nate had noticed some foundation problems while attending the wedding and decided to leave his business card with the staff of the B&B. The owners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our design specialist recommended installing Geolocks, Push Piers, NexusPro, and PolyLevel to repair the foundation wall.

This homeowner in Somerset, Massachusetts, had an issue with water collecting on their walkway and some of the slabs were out of level causing a tripping hazard. The homeowners wanted to find a company that would repair their problems the right way the first time. Void Fill and Resurface Garage, Hudson, NH
A resident of Hudson, New Hampshire was experiencing cracking and sinking of their garage floor. They decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a repair. Nate Erickson came out to the home and inspected the garage. He found that there is a considerable void under the garage floor that is allowing it to sink. He proposed the use of PolyLevel to fill the void and the use of Resurface Pro to give the garage floor a brand new look.
Lally Column Replacement and Crack Sealing, Hudson, NH
This homeowner in Hudson, NH wants to make sure she forever home is in good condition. She called EFS to have them come and look at a crack in the exterior of the foundation. In the future, she would like to redo the living room.
Design Specialist Kenny Calabrese inspected the crack on the outside of the home, then continued to inspect the inside of the home. While in the dirt basement, Kenny noticed that the lally columns were starting to lean slightly and didn't seem to have a great base to stand on. Kenny recommended installing SmartJacks and sealing that crack in the foundation.
