Before tackling this nosedive in structural integrity, our client in Pittsfield, MA, noticed the unsettling creaks and worrisome sag in their bedroom floor, fearing it might someday succumb to the unseen pressures below. The culprit? A glance at the before photo reveals the harrowing sight of rot-weakened wooden supplements, barely holding on. But, as showcased in the aftermath, our methodical approach brought peace of mind home—using powerful SmartJacks and sturdy supplemental beams, we not only fortified the foundation but restored trust in the solidity beneath their feet.

A homeowner in Natick, Massachusetts, lived in the home that her parents had built in 1989. Around 2009 they redid the basement bathroom and the company who did the work noticed there was a void under the slab. They paid a company to come out and fill the void with cement. Now over a decade later, the problem has only gotten worse and the homeowners are looking to find a permanent solution. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection of their foundation. Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and talked about their experience with this issue and what their goals were. After learning about the issue Mark looked at the foundation and found that the foundation had settled and a section of the concrete had cracked. Mark designed a solution for the homeowners which included installing 18 Push Piers, 80 feet of NexusPro Crack Repair, and PolyLevel. 

This homeowner in Pelham, New Hampshire found that the foundation of their 3-season sunroom was sinking and separating from the home. Design Specialist Michael Bradley came to the home and inspected the home. Michael proposed that they install piers under the sunroom to stop it from sinking. Crew Lead Jon Provost and his team came to the home and installed the push piers.

This homeowner in Pelham, New Hampshire has been living in their home for 30 years and has recently been concerned with radon. The homeowner decided to test for radon in his home. The test occurred in the finished area of the basement where the homeowner's son lives. The test results came back at 12 pCi/L. The homeowner decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions about a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Isaac Hernandez arrived at the home and inspected the basement. He designed a radon mitigation system specifically for this home. 

Crew Lead Branden Edwards arrived at the home and installed the new radon mitigation system into the basement.  

A homeowner in Pelham, New Hampshire, had Erickson Foundation Solution to look at their foundation. Our Design Specialist looked at the home and recommended installing Push Piers around the home to stabilize the foundation. Our team installed 32 Push Piers around the foundation to prevent further settlement. The team dug up the dirt around the entire foundation of the home to install the Push Piers. After the piers were installed we then backfilled and tamped the dirt around the foundation.
