This homeowner in Derry, New Hampshire has lived in their home for the past 49 years. Over the last 2-3 years they noticed a crack in their detached garage. They are worried about a collapse in their garage. So the homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection. 

A Design Specialist inspected the home and recommended a solution. The solution for this homeowner's garage was to install Geolocks at the back of the garage.

A home in Derry, New Hampshire, was recently purchased. The home was purchased with a bowing foundation wall that needed to be addressed. Our production crew installed 7 PowerBraces. The braces will be mounted to the base of the wall and in the rafters to stop the wall from bowing. 

An owner of a duplex in Derry, New Hampshire, had purchased the duplex 12 years ago and over the years has seen the bulkhead start to deteriorate. The homeowner decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist recommended replacing the old bulkhead with a new one. 

This homeowner in Derry, New Hampshire, had lived in their home for about 2 years. Since they moved into their home had noticed some issues with their floor system. They reached out to EFS and our Design Specialist recommended installing SmartJacks into the basement of the home to stop the floor system from sagging and sloping. 

This homeowner in North Billerica, Massachusetts had been experiencing their floors in the main level are out of level. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

Design Specialist Michael Bradley inspected the home. During his inspection, Michael found some wooden supports that are 80 years old. Additionally, Michael found a joint in the basement that had been cut to allow a PVC pipe to be installed. Michael recommended installing SmartJacks to replace the wood supports and installing a new joist and sister it up with the main support beam. 

Crew Lead Nick Carelli and his team arrived at the home and installed the SmartJacks and installed a new joist that is sistered up to the main support beam.
