A homeowner in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, had concerns with their front foundation wall. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist confirmed their concerns. 

Our production team replaced a 6ft section of the foundation wall to build a new foundation wall using a masonry block. 

In Chelmsford, MA, a homeowner faced cracked foundation walls in their garage with a 1" inward deflection. This serious issue compromised the structural integrity of their home. As you can observe in the before photo, the situation required immediate attention to prevent further damage. Erickson Foundation Solutions addressed the problem by installing 8 PowerBraces, torqued to 50 lbs, providing essential stability to the damaged walls. In addition, we sealed the cracks using precision crack sealant. The after photo clearly illustrates the reinforced stability of the now secure foundation.
