Our team completed a basement waterproofing job in Elverson, PA today for a homeowner dealing with serious water issues. Every time it rained they noticed after a day or so small leaks of water were coming in from the foundation wall and up from the corner of the floor. Although the basement was unfinished, it was still a headache to clean up and then dry out to ensure mold never grew. Our perimeter drainage system, WaterGuard was installed above the footing of the foundation to accept and direct water directly to the sump pump system. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is our largest system that collects all the water and forces out and away from the home. The top lid ensures water and moisture stay inside the pit to protect the pump and prevent unwanted musty smells. 

Cinderblock walls had "stair cracks", signs of mold, and water intrusion. To correct this issue, we installed Carbon Armour Strips that will stabilize the cracked walls, we did a mold remediation treatment, installed 2 SuperSump Pumps, Waterguard, and a CleanSpace vapor Barrier.
