Our customer care representative booked them an appointment with our System Design Specialist, Chris Bowe. Chris provided a thorough inspection and suggested they use our PolyLevel Injections. Our foreman began using the injections underneath the concrete slab. This will allow for the slab to lift to its original position. Polylevel Foreman Arturo Jacuinde, and his team arrived on the scene and started to slowly remove the tripping hazard. In order to lift and level the affected area, Arturo drilled small holes into the slabs and injected a foam called Polylevel. Polylevel hardens after a few minutes and lifts the slab back to it's original position. This process took less than 15 minutes and it was able to be walked on again safely.
