This homeowner in Blairstown, New Jersey noticed their basement walls were bowing inwards. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Laszlo Lenkey, provided an inspection. As a solution to the bowing and cracking walls, Laszlo suggested they install our CarbonArmor Reinforcement System. This will stabilize the basement walls and prevent them from bowing inwards. The homeowner agreed, and they were satisfied with the finished results. 

When the homeowner noticed vertical cracks in their basement wall they called Quality 1st to do the job. System Design Specialist, Ken Peare, did a full inspection of the basement to make sure that these cracks were the only cracks in the foundation of the home. Foreman, Melvin Cardoza, installed FlexiSpan into the cracks sealing them to prevent water from coming through. First bead of Sealant is placed inside the crack to stop crack leakage. A FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip is then placed over  as a second form of protection against water leakage through the first seal, followed by the permanent seal overlay. 

A Marlton, NJ homeowner noticed the floor on the first level of their home was sagging and uneven. Their home sits on a crawl space and therefore our Crawl Space Specialist knew right away the problem was coming from below. He suggested they install a strap support system to bring the wall to its original position. Our foreman, Esau Aquino, installed The CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System which is carbon fiber straps that are stronger than steel. The Carbon Armor Straps provide the ultimate stabilization to the wall and are placed on the wall with a high-strength epoxy resin. There are brackets above the system that allow the straps to be adjusted to bring the wall towards the original position. 

The owners of this Annandale, New Jersey home noticed horizontal cracks in their foundation wall. The foundation cracks were so large that sunlight was seeping through.
