I had water leaking into my basement from the wastewater exit pipe. Your company tried a repair job from the inside. The next rainfall I had more water leaking in the same spot. The company came back out and dug down from the outside and resealed that way. We've had a few big storms since and not a drop in the basement. Unlike the first company I hired for this repair, Basement Systems stood by their guarantee and did what it took to get it right. Awesome job. Highly recommend!

I would like to comment on "John O." the gentleman who cleaned & serviced the 2 sump pumps & dehumidifier. Not knowing how long this was going to take, I took it upon myself to sit on the steps & he explained what and why this had to be done.  Later on, he showed me the before and after pictures and it's amazing to see the difference his time and effort took. I know he has a family and I hope they know how hard he works to make a comfortable life for them as well as his customers.  When I need my service again next year, I prefer John O. to service these machines. Those 3 hours were educational for me because I know how important these service calls are, "if done right."  Thank you, John O.   Your very satisfied customer, Carol S.
