They arranged for a sales rep to come out for an estimate and the rep Bill Paterno was a great guy, very easy to deal with, and no pressure presentation. He gave me 3 options and explained them very well. On the day of the work, the crew was awesome. Very friendly and the foreman Ramon was patient and explained what he was doing and how it would fix the issues. He didn’t rush, allowed me to ask questions and they left my yard just as they found it only now my concrete was no longer sinking. We were familiar with Quality 1st from a past experience. I was impressed with their work so when we bought a single home fairly recently that needed foundation work in the basement we called Quality 1st. I checked with some local contractors but it was out of their area of expertise. We met with Steve Ventriglio at Quality 1st. Steve arrived on time for the appointment. He completed a custom design for our basement. The price was competitive. They also provide their own financing which helped a lot. Steve is knowledgeable, personable, responsive, and great to work with. The crew arrived on time, had the right tools and materials, and worked tirelessly. The crew also cleaned up meticulously and was pleasant. I was impressed again with their work. Quality 1st still adheres to the same standards of customer service and workmanship as they did before Covid. It was nice to see they have not changed. We would recommend Quality 1st.

Andrew Gagliairdi was very personable and professional. The presentation was informative and I had no questions about the process after the presentation was completed. The Insulation Team worked very well together. We received one of your flyers in the mail the day after I decided something needed to be done about the problem. More importantly was the representation given by Mr. Gagliaird.

Design Specialist was wonderful and very helpful. 

The crew called ahead and showed up on time. They worked tirelessly in 90 + degree temperatures until the job was completed. Everything was explained to me and they left my place very neat! Wilbur and his crew are top-notch!
