I am very satisfied with the work installed by Quality 1st Basement Systems. I had been getting water in my basement during heavy rains for a year before I decided to call Quality 1st. I did my research and liked the fact that they had a great rating with the Better Business Bureau. When I called they were very courteous and answered all of my questions. My inspector was courteous and went the extra mile when helping with the proposal for my basement. When the installation crew led by Jonathan came in to do the work they were speedy and neat. It didn't even feel like they were there!

Just a quick note to let you know what a great job your comapny did. I was concerned about the trenching & digging on my lawn, but after it was all done we can't even tell we had work done. I was impressed with the neatness and professional way the job was done.

We've had a couple of large storms since the new gutters & guards were installed.  While we do love waterfalls, it was nice NOT to have the one that used to flow out of our gutters outside our kitchen window! I have & will continue to recommend Klaus Roofing Systems.

I must say I'm truly impressed with the premium service I received from Anthony to the installation (Billy, Brandon & Rodney), and client services (Ashley and Jennifer) from the beginning, to the end of the job. Every detail agreed upon, and even fast-tracking fulfillment of this sump pump installation a week earlier, was executed with precision. Any questions I had about billing, timeline/scheduling, preparation, technical questions about the pump were answered promptly. The technician Jose Lopez was amazing. He called, as I was told that he would prior to his arrival. He arrived on the earlier side of his eta. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and neat. This is a quality company with quality employees. I would definitely continue to use them and highly recommend them!

Greg and Juan provided 5-star service. A French drain, wall supports a dual sump pump and Sedona dehumidifier. Professional, reliable, explained everything and it went off without a hitch.

Handled A Job In Our Basement Very Efficiently.We found out about Quality 1st Basements by just doing a simple google search because they were one of the first companies that came up. I spoke to them about what we wanted to get done and they came up with a schedule for the work after we signed the contract. They pretty much did a complete waterproofing of our basement and also installed some drains as well. The job went pretty well but I was very worried about the mess throughout the whole process, however, they were able to clean up very well and really didn't leave much behind. 

Justin was very professional. Called ahead of his arrival & explained the service that was performed & answered all my questions.
