We had 4 estimates for this job. Dan spent the most time with us and his knowledge on the topic was evident. One of the other companies sent a salesperson who was nice, but couldn't even answer basic questions about their system. I also felt that Dan's software presentations on his laptop were informative. It was important to me that there was a detailed, written estimate before anyone left, and this extra attention to detail helped to "seal the deal". We are very satisfied how smoothly everything went from initial estimate to the finished job.  The crews were great to be around; super friendly and willing to answer any questions that we had. We are looking forward to finishing the rest of the basement perimeter with WaterGuard. Thanks!

karl jones and his men were fantastic!  i get home from work around 1700 hours when they're wrapping up and ready to leave.  karl took the time to walk me around the project and explain in detail what was going on.  he never made me feel rushed and let me ask as many questions as i wanted.  his partner eric was the same way.  i know you guys have to feel comfortable putting him on a job knowing it'll get done and done right.  the last day another worker named scott (i think) showed up late. come to find out he was karls' brother.  he finished his job early and stopped by to help karl.  unbelievable teamwork. thanks for sending this crew over. I bet Bretts Team will be just as great!
