Before meeting with my inspector Rick I recieved a presentation packet in the mail that showed me different solutions and what was the problem. My salesman Rick Ludlow was very honest and provided me with an instant quote the same day as my inspection. I am pleased to know that my system is under warrenty and is transferrable. The installation team was respectful, hardworking and left the job site cleaner than they found it!

I am so pleased with the work done by Randy Halal and your team. I had several issues going on at multiple locations, including a wet and leaky basement, a structural problem with floors that were sagging because they needed foundation support, as well as general humidity and mold issues. Randy was able to come in and diagnose the issues at each location, and offer me solutions with clear and understandable explanations.

Every step of the process, from the initial meeting to discuss solutions straight through to the installation, was done perfectly.Steve took the time to go over options to consider, guiding us on what would be best in our situation. He even showed where our current sump pump was actually in the wrong spot (the company that installed it never bothered to go over that).The installation could not have gone better. The team was very responsive and communicated each step of the way. We were shocked as well by how quickly they got the job done!Would not hesitate in recommending them!!

Could not be happier with the promptness and quality of service

We needed Quality 1st Basement Systems to come out because there was shifting and sinking in our concrete. Sean Johnson was our foreman on the job this time. He was extremely courteous and took the time to observe all the areas we pointed out that needed to be lifted, and he even noticed some others. He was very meticulous in completing this job to our satisfaction. (And I am a tough customer with high expectations!!) We are very happy with the work that has been completed at our home and also thankful for Quality 1st Basements for standing behind their warranty!!

I was very happy with the job Quality 1st Basement Systems did for my basement.  The installation crew was friendly and clean, they put tarps down to not carry any dirt from the outside or from the job site.  They were knowledgeable about the work that they do and the salesmen had a good presentation to let me know what the work would entail.  Two things that pushed me to go with your company in the end was the quality of the products and the price.
