Jack from Quality 1st came by and immediately identify the source of the water issue was NOT from the foundation but most likely due to a leak in the outdoor bib. Opened the wall and there it was, water leaking from the shark bite connector.A few days ago, another contractor came and looked at the same problem and immediately quoted $3500 to install a drainpipe with no mentioning of the potential leaking issue. I think it's fair to say which business is more honest.Can't comment on how good a job Quality 1st basement is doing, but at least I know they're not going to charge me something I don't need.

Installed water guard perimeter French drain, triple safe sump. All workers were really professional, especially Victor the lead foreman was very knowledgeable and knew his job inside out. Just wanted to comment on how great the experience was with both Matt and Ruberto, the installer. The proposal process was seamless and really consultative which I liked. The installation was completed quicker and more efficiently than I had anticipated and the team made sure we were absolutely satisfied before leaving. I work from home and my office is close to where the work was being done. I was able to work without interruption which was also great. I would highly recommend it.
