First things first. Mike Fiorillo was an excellent sales rep to work with. Knowledgeable, mindful, professional, and personal at the same time. He went over all the options in detail, did not try to push or upsell on any products. Even gave some tips on the best way to finance the project. TJ showed up with his team on time, as agreed, explained, and showed me everything they will be working on. It was a big project, so it took 3 days to complete, however, each day the team showed up on time, worked very cleanly and efficiently. Everything looks great.  I also want to mention Angie Almonte from their customer service, who was very friendly and professional when she followed up after the project was completed. Highly recommend! A++

We were planning on buying a new house, and there were some problems with water seepage in the basement. Not only were the books and case stories informative, but they were a major expense for Quality 1st with no guarantee of a sale. When our salesmen Kenny came out, he was very helpful without being forceful. We did not feel pressured to make any decisions, and we really appreciated that. When it came to the installation date, the crew was professional, courteous, and extremely personable. The cleanup was incredible, and they left the area cleaner then before they started. We originally choose Quality 1st Basement Systems because of how impressed we were by the extent of separating yourselves from the rest of the industry, and the quality of work certainly backs up your reputation.
