The office staff was very polite and helped set up my free estimate appointment with inspector Nick Biris. He was very professional and gave me a free evaluation of the basement and price! When it was time to have work installed, I think the crew lead by Victor Leon was amazing. They were very courteous, prompt, and helpful. I highly recommend Quality 1st Basement Systems for solving serious wet basement and high humidity problems.  After thoroughly inspecting our basement, system design specialist Greg Louis, through his excellent "Dry Basement Science" presentation, explained and outlined a viable solution for our situation.  The 4 man installation crew led by Esau did a professional job installing peripheral WaterGuard, a SaniDry XP basement air system, their TripleSafe sump system, crawl space repair, underground water discharge pipe to our curb, and more.  The project was completed ahead not only meticulously but ahead of schedule. The real payoff came with the recent arrival of Hurrican Ida, with its torrential rainfall.  Many homes in our area sustained severe basement flooding.  With our prior basement problems, it is obvious that the inefficient sump pump would have never kept up with the downpour.  By contrast, with the Quality 1st Basement system installed not a drop of water entered our Basement.  Bravo Greg Louis and Quality 1st Basement Systems.

He also noticed that our dehumidifier was not working as intended since we had our basement finished and it was now located in a small closet. He recommended a kit to allow the fresh air to vent back into the basement and installed it a few weeks later. The work was precise and professional and we are so happy it’s now working properly. I first used Quality 1st Basement Systems years ago for a water issue in my wet basement. They did a great job overall so I decided to use them for additional work. Kenny's presentation was very good. The office staff was great and the installation team was nice and responsive to all of my needs. I invested in an Ultra Sump 3 system (battery back up) so my basement will always be dry.
