Let me begin by saying Tom Petti my salesperson was great. He was very professional, on time, and explained the work that was to be done in detail. He gave a good price and called to follow up after completion. The service technicians Jimmy and Rodney were both polite, hard-working, and fast. They put down drop cloths and cleaned up when the job was completed. Angela in the Production service office who scheduled the job and gave me a follow call was very nice, professional, and easy to work with. Overall the whole job start to finish was AWESOME !! I would recommend Quality 1st to anyone who needs work done on waterproofing or drainage in your basement.

Quality 1st Basement Systems waterproofed our unfinished basement and it has stayed dry through all of the recent floodings in central Jersey. They also waterproofed the crawl space and fixed our sump pump with backup in case of power loss. Johnathan is extremely helpful and responds quickly! Don’t wait for the damage to happen… be proactive and give them a call because when it rains it pours…

Five stars are definitely deserved for quality first. After the most random Google search, Quality 1st came up and I errantly sent in a request for an estimate. Within hours it was scheduled and in days Will Harris was designing a solution. He was professional, courteous, patient, and thorough.  On 8/1, David and his three-man crew were on site to install the entire perimeter drain, two sump pumps, and the Sani Dry Dehumidifier. They were prompt, personable, and clean. Thank you again, Will, David, and the entire Quality 1st team.  

A year ago, you installed my sump pump and Sani-Dry and did a great job,  I always feel confident I got the best waterproofing available.  You may use me as a referral since I was extremely satisfied with the job that you did.  Bob was very thoughtful and the installation crew was hard working and very nice, overall i am happy with my superior waterproofing products.

The service technician, Michael, did a quality job in identifying the issue with my SaniDry dehumidifier; then returned a couple of weeks later to hook up a new unit. Michael was on time, polite, and got the job done effectively and efficiently. I will continue to use Quality 1st Basements to service my dehumidifier and will recommend this business to others.

Ryan did a great job cleaning our sump pump and dehumidifier. He recommended a new pump and showed me the problems but did not pressure me to replace it. We did end up having him replace it.
