My basement was flooded on 2 occasions during the 1st 5 years (2003-08) I lived here -- once during a torrential rainfall, and once after a major snowstorm.  I have been very pleased with this company's work and results, and found its employees to be responsive, considerate and skilled. In spite of some record-breaking weather events these past 8 years, a few of which have caused the sump pump to activate, my basement has stayed 100% dry. (I have also been pleased with maintenance visits from your company every 3 or so years since original installation of the system.

Just a note to let you know how pleased I was with the crew that was sent to repair my wall. They were well mannered, efficient, educational and easy to interact with.
