My whole experience with this company was excellent. From planning with Mike to my 3 man crew that made it happen. Rich, Carlito, and Freddy were in touch every step of the way. They did an excellent job and finished a day early. They didn't cut any corners. They went above what was required and were courteous and kindly answered all of my questions. I am satisfied with the work done by Quality 1st in my basement. My design specialist was very nice and the installation team was knowledgeable. I never had a big water problem in the basement but wanted to do something before it got worse. I was referred to Quality 1st through a friend and chose their company because they had good quality. I invested in a battery back up system, in case the power ever goes out, I will stay have a working sump pump!
