If there were a choice of OUTSTANDING Crew, We would give LJ and his crew a 10! The backbreaking job...on the hottest days this Summer...never seemed to bother these workers. The crew encapsulated our crawlspace which was only about 3 1/2 feet high. They spread 17 ton of stone...carried in buckets from the front to the back of the house...and always greeted us with a smile when they saw us. Imagine being in a dark, damp crawlspace and being eye to eye with a 5 foot snake! These guys easily handled every challenge that came with this job. LJ was like family. He greeted our grandsons like they were his own kids. The company is very lucky to have LJ and his crew working for them. They are a great attribute to the company. I am very happy with the way Quality 1st waterproofed my basement. I was initially recommended to Quality 1st through my contractor and after seeing the positive feedback from several clients I decided to choose Quality 1st. My inspector Ken Peare was excellent! He provided me with a free estimate and helped me find the right products and solutions I needed for my water problem. The installation team knew what they were doing, they were very knowledgeable.

We first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because we were interested in waterproofing our basement. One of our neighbors had recommended them, and while we did get quotes from other companies, we decided to go with Quality 1st. From our initial contact with the office, we were impressed with the good customer service, and the sales presentation. The salesman was very thorough, the presentation was very complete, and we were impressed with his follow up. The instillation team also did an excellent job.  We are very satisfied with our new basement, and with Quality 1st Basement Systems. 

We had a problem with our floor separating from the wall in one of the bedrooms, Jack was scheduled to evaluate the problem, he was very professional and most of all knowledgeable and honest. In the end, what we thought was a foundation problem, was not. Jack gave us different solutions to solve the problem and took our worries away. Very seldom we find professionals that go the extra mile to help a client. We highly recommend Jack and his company.

We have worked with Quality First Basement for 20 years. My first job was the triple sump pump which has been excellent. Next was the refinishing of our basement. Another superb product and experience. Today we had new flooring installed. Once again, the product and workers were excellent! They were on time and so respectful. The floor is so attractive. This is a company that has only gotten better over the years! I highly recommend it! 

Really pleased with the level of service that Quality 1st provided. JC, Luis, and the rest of the crew did a great job installing the Carbon Armor foundation strips for an issue we were having. We were so pleased that we booked them for some other basement work (that we had been putting off) within an hour of them finishing the job. Really pleased overall and excited for the peace of mind that comes with it.

We had Mr. Ryan Santaliz come to evaluate and service our crawling space system. Ryan was always very knowledgeable and polite. He was kind enough to navigate a creepy crawling space and document the extent of the damage, explaining clearly the best solution by proposing an action plan.  

We are very satisfied with the work, so far we have had lots of rain and no water in the basement. The installation crew was very professional, hard working, and considerate. It was a very positive experience dealing with the office staff also. The salesman and his presentation were very good and convincing. We found the work very thorough and professional including a satisfactory cleanup. Time will tell as to the long-term performance of the product but we are very happy with it.
