Overall Quality 1st did a good job waterproofing my crawlspace. My System Design Specialist Dan did a good job explaining all of my waterproofing options, he was very knowledgeable. My installation team led by Wilver was hard working and finished the job in one day! John patiently answered all of my questions and wrote up a detailed price quote; no rush – no pressure. It didn’t take long for me to decide! I had the crawlspace sealed a month later and am so glad I did. Quality 1st did a great job and I have peace of mind knowing that I did the best thing I could for my house.  Everyone who has seen the finished product is so impressed! By the way, John’s involvement doesn’t end with the sale. Quality 1st did an excellent job in my crawlspace. I had over two feet of water flood my crawlspace during hurricane Sandy and I also had moisture issues. When I called for my free estimate the office staff was very professional and willing to help. They had done work for my local church so I felt like I could trust them. My inspector Nick explained everything and answered all of my questions. He gave a great presentation and left a reasonable price quote. When it came down to having the work installed the crew was very courteous, professional, neat, and they worked quickly. The crew led by Jesus was able to transform my crawlspace in just one day!
