Justin did a great job servicing our super sump this past weekend.  He called in advance to let us know he was on his way, arrived on time and was courteous, professional and very neat.  Troubleshooted for root cause and clearly explained what was causing pump issue. He managed installation quickly and frankly, we didn't even notice he was here.  At completion, all was in order and working great and he left the work area just as neat as he found it.  Great work Justin!

Quality 1st did a great job at providing me with their excellent service and products. The office staff gave me a great first impression of the company and was delightful to speak with. The design specialist was a pleasure dealing with. I couldn't have asked for a better installation crew, they were very knowledgeable and did a super job!

It gives me great pleasure to compliment foreman Victor and his skills, craftsmanship and leadership of his crew. He as a foreman is a true hands on Craftsman handling any and all tasks involved most expertly actually leaving my home which had the word DEMOLITION on my contract in order to install Waterguard System to your existing Triple Safe Sump System looking better than when the work commenced.  Perhas when this individual is going to be assigned to the job the word DEMOLITION can be eliminated and existing original structures will be minimally removed for easy replacement to accommodate the system. My fully Paneled, Ceramic, Tiled floor almost looks like nothing was done and what actually had been removed is easily repaired and replaced by a layman or a very simple contractor assignment. As a leader of his Crew he is an excellent Manager, quiet, thoughtful, and you could see respected by his hardworking and efficient crew.  Perhaps Managers in other fields could take a lesson from him. I am exceptionally pleased with the final outcome of his work and the thought of security I will now have with this system. It goes without saying that your salesman Dan McNally who by now is a regular visitor to my basement has provided me with most efficient protection system. He is responsive in times of needs and able to provide me with the excellence of your service even in times when I am sure he is providing others the same excellence in widespread times of assistance required (NJ flooding).  I am sure he stretches himself quite thin on your behalf and it is most appreciated by me.

First and foremost, I'm very rarely, truly impressed by service and have only written one other letter like this before in my life. However, I felt compelled to express my great appreciation and satisfaction in my dealings with Jack Jamison.  His patience, knowledge, and attention to detail was truly a breath of fresh air in a very long, difficult journey with Quality 1st.  He wasn't afraid of having very difficult conversations and, most importantly, didn't over-promise and under-deliver service.  He was very different than the others who visited my home because he listened 90% and spoke 10% of the time.  He was genuinely interested in learning about my entire experience, understanding specific issues, and desired outcome.  With having dealt with many folks in your organization, I would hope he is considered your most prized asset.  His experience will undoubtedly make those around him better and help drive more business.  His position is obviously not an easy one to hold and there are always difficult decisions to be made each day.  However, I very much appreciate the outcome of my situation. Thanks to Jack's involvement, my family is in a much better position. Thank you for employing Jack.

I first got my basement waterproofed back in 2011, and I am very happy that I decided to go with Quality 1st Basement Systems. They did a great job waterproofing my basement, and with the annual service. Sha Chon Kasey was a rare pleasure. He knew exactly what to do. He explained everything to me, and showed me what was going on. He was a gentlemen in every way! I will be sure to ask for him next year!

Kenny is a wonderful person to have as the first representative of Quality 1st Basement Systems. Ken was prompt and courteous from the very first meeting. All questions were answered with much clarity so that there was no doubt as to what was needed to correct our problem and how that goal would be completed. Whenever he was called, He immediately responded to the call and had no problem revisiting to make sure we knew what methods would be used to complete the job. Every promise he made was met and completed by the foreman and crew for the job.

A foreman that not only gives respect and courtesy to his customers, but also receives it from the crew who works with him. Wilver is a perfect example of the type of person any boss would want as an employee. From the very beginning, he had no problem in explaining what was going to be done and how it would be accomplished. He is a man of his word with the integrity and skill to know how to accomplish the work. Wilver kept the job moving along in a very timely fashion with honest answers to any questions we had. He actually stood by his word from what to expect from the job as well as how long it would take the crew to complete the job which was done with much efficiency and cleanliness. When completed, Wilver took the time to walk through the basement and explain the workings of all the equipment so that there would not be any doubt as to what to expect from the equipment. Because he was so pleasant and accommodating, it made it very comfortable to have him work in my house. He also is a fine representative for your company.

Very accommodating to finding a date to do the job. Mike Notar was very informative and did a great job explaining their product and laying out a plan that best suited our house. The guys that came and did the work did a great job and finished it quickly. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to waterproof their basement.

I am very satisfied with the work completed in my basement by Quality 1st Basement Systems. My system design specialist Rick did an excellent job and was very helpful. The office staff was friendly and the installation crew worked very hard. Before choosing Quality 1st I did research on other waterproofing companies in NJ but they had a good price and were very professional.

Both service technicians were excellent.  Collin is very knowledgable and dedicated to his customers.

Quality 1st Basements sent senior service technician Collin Peare on-site to my house today for an annual check-up and cleaning of a sump-pump system installed over 10 years ago by them. The system has worked without issue since installation, but performing an annual inspection is always a good idea and can bring up any issues not apparent to a home-owner.Collin arrived on time, and even called ahead to let me know an estimated time of arrival. He answered all my questions regarding the current status of the pumps, battery, and overall health of the equipment. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned the pumps and replaced the battery as well which was way overdue for care.Overall, I am happy with the service and will continue to utilizer their services and recommend them for crawl-space and sump pump solutions.

Totally honest!    I had some water issues in my basement so I called Quality 1st Basements. I was immediately impressed by how totally honest they were. They told me there was no water damage, but that there were several things I could do to prevent future damage. I told them to go ahead and do the work, and they did everything they promised they would do. They were very good at their jobs. I was very happy with them, and I would highly recommend them to everyone!
