Your representative was informative and best of all not pushy.  He is an excellent rep!    Your office staff was very courteous and helpful.  I can not express how impressed I was with the two guys who came and did my installation. I don't think I've ever had anyone do work who was so polite, conscientious, and friendly! I chose Adirondack Basement for your knowledge of problems and solutions.  And you were willing to work in a crawl space!

We are very satisfied with the installation that Adirondack Basement Systems did!!!! Don Rose and his installation crew made sure that the grounds were completely clean when they finished!!!! They were thorough in the explanation of what they were going to do, when they were going to do it, and when they were going to be finished. My design specialist Richard Keigley explained everything thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with. We decided on your company because my home inspector recommended you, plus the Dry CrawlSpace Science book was really informative (they sent this to my for free prior to my evaluation).Our crawl space was VERY WET and the house had a MUSTY smell ALL OF THE TIME. Within a week of the completed installation there was NO LONGER A MUSTY SMELL. The crawl space is NOW DRY and will PROTECT MY HOME INVESTMENT FOR YEARS TO COME!!!!! THANK YOU!!!! Marilyn O.

I think that your service technician was very professional, knowledgeable and can explain all the questions that I have. One thing I think that could be different is evening appointments but other than that everything is wonderful. I've done a lot of things to my basement since the installation including dry lock walls, plastic floor and it's now partially finished. I would recommend Adirondack Basement Systems.

Every time I turned on a/c or heat- the smell of the air caused my allergic reactions to start: coughing, headaches, & sneezing. With the encapsulation system, I no longer have the allergic reactions & the air is fresh!! I am so satisfied with the installation that was completed for us!!! I wasn't home when the job was being performed but, because of their reputation I felt comfortable that they would do a good job!
