The whole staff was great! My salesman was professional: it was obvious he loves his job and believes in his product and company. The guys doing the manual labor were courteous, professional, and very personable. And the girls in the office were extremely knowledgeable. It's been an extraordinary improvement. Money well spent! Our service tech Mike is a very knowledgeable person.  He knows his job.  He explained everything that he was doing as he did it.  Anytime I have called, I have been treated very well.  Since the initial installation, our basement has become extra living space.  I have told everyone how good your service is.  It is very comforting to do business with a service that doesn't just take your money and forget you.  My wife and I are very pleased that we selected Adirondack Basement Systems to take care of our home.  Thank you again.
