I chose to go with them over any other basement water proofing company for many reasons such as our past experience with them, the awray of products that they offer, and the friendly installation crew that we deal with in person. The owner himself came to our house. The entire process was great from the 1st phone call to the office to the clean up process. 

We are buying a house and need a foundation expert to assess the foundation cracks. Gabriel from the company arrived on time and were very professional, courteous, and patient. he inspected the house foundation from both outside and inside. He looked around the house and the entire basement, gave us his opinion of the foundation condition. he took a lot of pictures for future analysis. Since his company no longer does this kind of repair, he spent time with another contractor to give me an accurate estimate. Based on his professional opinion, I decide not to buy the house. I felt that his opinion is invaluable. I suggest all home buyers consult a foundation expert like him before signing the contract, because many old houses could have potential foundation problem which is very expensive to fix and could cause a lot of long term headache.

I was very happy with how the foreman installed the sump pump and finished the cement patch near the sump and floor drain. The crew was very pleasant during the install.
