Job seems fine. Zak Wilcox, Logan Wilcox and Paul Voorhees worked hard & steadily. Multiple reminders of the job by the office staff were helpful.  Robert Day was calm, clear, and knowledgeable.  He recommended only what he thought we needed. The cleanup was completely satisfactory.  We hired your company because the job was limited in scope (full basement) and affordable.  Big rainstorms today!  No water or sump pump yet as far as we can tell, but we can rest assured that our basement won't flood.

We didn't look at other companies.  We saw what your system looked like at (our friend's) and they were so pleased, your warranty, BBB award, and your salesman was great!  The triple safe pump is so quiet, the system will correct the problems we had, we have peace of mind!

We had a chance to see one of your installed systems and read the information on your company before we ever called you for an estimate- you are the only company we called.  10 days after Wilcox Basement Systems was installed- we had a heavy downpour.  Our basement stayed dry!
