Just a quick note to say "Thank You"!!  We had 3 inches of rain last night and the basement is absolutely dry.  It was a pleasure to be able to sleep through the night vs getting up every hour to change towels so the carpet did not get thoroughly soaked.  Wish we had done this years ago.  We are very happy....

Very satisfied with job.  Installation crew was efficient, cleaned up, our dog liked them! The office staff was good. Company representative was professional, especially during a pandemic.  I reviewed several companies.  Wilcox Basement did not have any negative reviews.  I felt that the job would be done correctly the first time. Tropical Storm Isaises dropped a lot of rain today.  Basement remains dry.  This inspired me to hire help to begin cleaning out the basement. 

Last month, your staff from Wilcox Basement Systems installed a WaterGuard waterproofing system in our home.  Before the installation our basement routinely flooded whenever there was a heavy rain.  Even when it wasn't raining, the blocks were soaked through with water, and we ran a dehumidifier continuously. We are pleased to write that there have been several heavy downpours since the installation, and the basement has stayed completely dry!  Needless to say, we are very impressed with the system. We were also impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the installation team.  There were meticulous, worked diligently, and cleaned up everything before leaving at the end of the day. All in all, a job well done! Thank you for providing an excellent system and the experienced staff necessary to waterproof our home.  We wish you much continued success.
