This letter is long overdue....It is with the highest adulation that I write this letter to you.  I wish to sincerely thank your company for the absolutely fantastic work performed on my basement last month.  The crew were consummate professionals; I never had a doubt in my mind as to their competence or skill in what they were doing.  They arrived ready to go and knew exactly what to do. I was awestruck as I watched them work.  The task to me seemed incredible, but the three men almost made it look easy.  It was very refreshing to see their confidence and the ease with which they solved the terrible water problem in my basement. While I never had a doubt in my mind that I'd get my money's worth for the installation of the new sump pump and waterguard, it was the many little things that the men did which left an indelible impression on me.  For example: *The care with which the men took to ensure that my basement and its items were not damaged or dirty *The salesman's patience in answering my numerous asinine questions *The crew's meticulous assessment of the granite plate covering my sewer connection *The crew's fantastic job on the discharge trench to the opposite side of my home (I swear I can't even tell it's there!!) *The fact that the men refused to take longer lunch breaks despite my insistence that 15 minutes isn't enough *One of the crew member's noticing that my back deck steps weren't connected to the deck and took a few minutes to secure it. *And most noteworthy, the time your salesman took to draw me a detailed schematic on how to repair the flooring on my basement after the waterguard cement covering had cured.  This was invaluable in assisting me in fixing up the floor and paneling. The work on the basement is impeccable since the job was completed, I have not had a single drop of water in my basement, and the new sump pump is working perfectly.  I am truly impressed and superlatively pleased with the fine job that has been done. The pump is very quiet.  Your crew worked non-stop for two days among the wet floor.  It is amazing what my dry cellar looks like now.  No more sweeping up of water.  I would recommend Wilcox Basement Systems highly.
