Today I had a service call for a crack in my basement wall. The technician was Craig P. and he did a great job for us. He was friendly, neat and professional. He explained the process and answered all our questions. I will call Frank's again in the future based on this experience.

On August 29 I had a crack in my cellar wall repaired. Besides having it done well I also had a very kind, well mannered, respectful and very competent young man working. He explained every aspect of the repair, answered any questions and showed me the finished work before he cleaned up. I couldn't of cleaned up better. This young man and your employee's name is David Starr. His last name fits him well. These are the kind of employees that make a business what it is. In the future I plan to use mr plumber too. Have some leaky faucets that need to be fixed. And some major work that did not work nor protect me from the last sewerage back up. That's another story.
